Help us investigate
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened and when it happened. If you can sign in, Settings has a Copy diagnostics button that provides useful technical details without raw transactions, credentials or account identifiers.
Keep your account safe
Never email a password, wallet seed phrase, private key, full exchange API credential or card number. Maneta support will never ask for them. Screenshots should hide wallet addresses, transaction values and other personal information unless they are essential to your question.
Privacy and account deletion
